The honeymoon phase was over after about 6 months. Don't bother scheduling oil changes, it does no good. You will still wait for extended periods of time. If you complain, the worst possible person calls and tells you how wrong you are. I have never been so insulted in my life. The man calling should not be allowed to follow up on anything. I suggest finding another dealership to deal with. Be warned. ”

“ When we bought our brand new car there was supposed to be two keys. It only took a week to get it in. To fix that problem. We were promised a detail job( we didn’t get that). They also told us that they would fill the tank and give a hundred dollar voucher for the trouble. Which we didn’t get. ”
